Théo Dancer emphasizes sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. He favors the gobelet training method, a traditional technique where vines grow in a goblet-like shape without support. His approach combines traditional methods with modern influences, resulting in wines that showcase remarkable precision and energy.
