His domaine covers approximately 1.8 hectares of vineyards located in prestigious sites within the Côte de Nuits, including Gevrey-Chambertin "Les Seuvrées," Nuits-Saint-Georges "Aux Allots," and Vosne-Romanée "Les Hautes Maizières." He primarily cultivates Pinot Noir, crafting wines that reflect both the terroir and his personal touch.

Édouard's philosophy emphasizes organic farming, and he experiments with various winemaking methods, including whole-cluster fermentation. His goal is to create elegant and approachable wines that seamlessly combine tradition with modern techniques.
