Domaine Albert Boxler

Winemaker Profile | Alsace, France

The Domaine Albert Boxler was established in 1673 in Niedermorschwihr, Alsace, and has remained in family ownership ever since. After World War II, Albert Boxler returned from Montana, USA, and in 1946 began bottling the estate’s wines himself and marketing them under his own label. This label, designed by his cousin, is still in use today. Albert’s son Jean-Marc continued the tradition until 1996, when he handed over the leadership to his son Jean.
